The Female Trinity - ( English Version)
While posting the Tamil version of the Female trinity, I had mentioned that I will post the English version, which I wrote a year back, for my Grand Daughter. Here it is.

Sakthi , the mothergod,, has forms three
Worship her in all forms, to be worry free!

Her blessings will fill the land, with milk and honey. |

courage
To her enemies , she is a source of scourge! |

Saraswathi is the source of wisdom
With wisdom, you can conquer any kingdom! |

"scourage" in sl. no. 3?
ReplyDeleteOops. Should have been scourge. But have been told by daughters in law that this is too big word for children and also dies rhyme too well with courage. For the present will make the spelling correction but will look at changing the stanza going forward. Thanks again .
